Early Sounds, Lifelong Benefits
This 30-minute workshop, led by Anabela Ferreira and Vera Fonte, offers a warm and playful introduction to music for babies and their parents or caregivers.
Through listening games, simple rhythmic activities, and guided movement, families explore sound, pulse, and musical interaction in a safe, welcoming environment. The session supports parent-child bonding, sensory development, and early musical awareness — while creating a joyful, shared memory.

Movement is music made visible. Our dance workshops focus on dynamic, joyful styles — including ballroom dance — in a welcoming, beginner-friendly setting.
Led by Anabela Ferreira and Humberto Martins, we offer dedicated sessions for both children and adults, encouraging coordination, rhythm, and body awareness. No experience needed — just a willingness to move.
