Oboe
Started at a philharmonic wind band school in Paços de Ferreira at the age of 10 in Pedro Leal’s oboe class.
Later joined the Professional Artistic School Vale do Ave(ARTAVE) in Hugo Ribeiro’s class and later in Luís Alves’ class.
Hold a bachelor’s degree by the Superior School of Music in Lisbon (ESML) in Pedro Ribeiro’s class.
Over the years, she has participated in masterclasses with Ricardo Lopes, Thomas Indermühle, Diethelm Jonas, Jean-Louis Capezzali, Ralph van Daal, and Christian Wetzel.
She has worked in orchestras with various conductors, including Risto Joost, Leonardo García Alarcón, Giancarlo Guerrero, Maxime Tortelier, José Eduardo Gomes, and Jean Marc Burfin, among others.
In terms of awards, she received an honorable mention in the Young Musicians Award competition, intermediate level – oboe, and in 2022 she won second prize in the Paços Premium international competition.
She has played in projects with the following orchestras: Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Orchestra, the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra, the Sinfonietta da Angra do Heroísmo and Sintra Estúdio Ópera
